For length, it would be a good idea to put Foot and Itch together, like 5'11 instead of 5.9 inch

to enhance the Speed Converter by adding the Beaufort unit, which is used for the wind speed.

enable entering of length in feet and inches (e.g 4'3" would return 4.25, or 47...)
I'm not sure whether the output should be in feet or inches, nor have I thought of a cute way to choose which...
